The Dragon Age Setting - better known as Thedas - currently comprises the southern hemisphere of the world it is on. Assuming the same planetary shape, atmospheric behaviors and laws as physics as Earth (because I’m not sufficiently geeky to make all of those up from scratch), Sheron & Par Vollen, as the equatorial regions, would have the hottest extremes, while Ferelden would have the coldest.
Using the Koppen climate classification system and the information in the Dragon Age Wiki, the climate zones, from north to south, could be (and please note, I'm a doctor, not a climatologist, so these are amateur speculations):
Par Vollen - described as a tropical island chain, covered mostly by rainforests & jungles, so it would be a tropical moist climate/rainforest biome, with snow and ice being unheard of, with warm, humid summers and rainy winters
Seheron - described as a humid jungle nation, and would likely have a climate similar to Par Vollen’s: tropical moist climate/rainforest biome
Anderfels - described as largely steppes that the devastation of centuries of Blights have rendered all but barren. Most of the interior would likely be classified as a dry tropical climate/desert biome, with hot summers, very little rain and massive dust storms in the winter. The coastal regions would likely be wet-dry tropical climate/savanna biome, with more rainfall during the winter and slightly cooler summers
Tevinter - given the latitude, it likely ranges from a Mediterranean climate/chaparral biome on the coast, with wet winters and dry summers, to a dry midlatitude climate/grasslands biome in the interior, with warm summers and cold, wet winters, with snow possible further south and at higher altitudes.
Rivain - ranges from tropical moist climate/rainforest biome in the north & along the eastern coast to Mediterranean climate/chaparral biome in the southwest.
Antiva - Largely Mediterranean climate/chaparral biome, with wet winters & dry summers. Snow has been recorded, but it is extremely rare and generally melts away within hours.
The Free Marches - Moist continental climate/deciduous biome along the coast: muggy, humid summers and wet, cold winters with snow common. Dry midlatitude climate/grasslands biome in the interior over the Vimmark Mountains. Warm, dry summers, cold winters.
Nevarra - Moist continental climate/deciduous biome along the coast: muggy, humid summers and wet, cold winters with snow common. Dry midlatitude climate/steppe biome in the interior & the Silent Plains. Warm, dry summers, cold winters & little rain.
Orlais - Moist continental climate/deciduous biome along the coastal regions, including Val Royeaux: muggy, humid summers and wet, cold winters with snow common. Boreal Forest Climate/taiga biome for the Dales & Arbor Wilds: long, cold winters & short, cool summers. Some rain in the summer, but most precipitation in the form of snow.
Ferelden - Moist continental climate/deciduous biome along the coastal regions, as far south as Denerim: muggy, humid summers and wet, cold winters with snow common. Dry midlatitude climate/grasslands biome for much of the Bannorn, shifting to Highland Climate/Alpine Biome closer to the Frostbacks. Boreal Forest Climate/Taiga biome for the Brecilian Forest & Gwaren region. Tundra climate/tundra biome for the Korcari Wilds, with long, harsh winters and very short, cool summers.
The Seasons by Calendar month:
Spring - Guardian/Drakonis/Cloudreach
Summer - Bloomingtide/Justinian/Solace
Fall - August/Kingsway/Harvestmere
Winter - Firstfall/Haring/Wintermarch
In Denerim, the first snowfall generally takes place in early to mid Firstfall & melts away in Guardian. Gwaren likely has snow on the ground from early Harvestmere to mid-Drakonis.
Orlais, Nevarra, the Free Marches & southern Tevinter likely experience all four seasons with noticeable temperature and climate variations. Antiva, Rivain & northern Tevinter have warmer climate overall & less seasonal variation, while the Anderfels, Seheron and Par Vollen see very little temperature variation and precipitation levels are the primary indications of seasonal change
